3 1/2 weeks in

And so far I am on track. I have honestly done light amount of exercising,I keep telling myself that it's more about getting into the habit of getting into the habit of going to the gym. I started this journey at 301 pounds, and as of Monday, I was at 293.5. It's kind of amazing how  helps you realize what you are eating, and has actually made me think "is it worth it". I have however been banned from the scale. I guess I was getting obsessed with it, so my wife is hiding it until Monday mornings, when I can weigh in. I am excited to see what changes will happen once I start going to the gym regularly.  I guess until Monday thank you for your continued support.
